Goals/Mission:
-Sell and promote Gearbox products, solution and service to Siemens A&D Gearbox customers.
-Develop an overview understanding of customer’s aims and needs, and develop new business opportunity for Siemens.
Tasks:
-concluding gear box customer list; comprehending customer potentials; initiate and drive action plans; development of focus customers and new customers ;budget fulfillment of Industry order by Vbez;, etc
-provide gear box with up-to-date information (products, configuration, prices, documentation and etc).
-fill in Maximizer from all companies you visited or you have information about incl. customer aims and demand, make efficient weekly working plan and monthly business reports to superior including proposals.
- analyze the activities and behaviors of competitors in the Industry Branch customers and market
-to conduct presentation of A&D product independly
-Develop OEM customers and increase product market percentage.

Knowledge/Languages:
-Knowledge of machinery, gearbox or electrical drives and low-voltage components
Experience:
-Basic experience of Industry Branch(including processing of branch, A&D potential in branch,purchase behavior in branch) and knowledge of mechanical gear box, A&D products application in Machinery
-At least 3 years sales working experience in automation and electrical engineering
Capabilities:
-good co-ordination ability, precise job attitude and good communication skill
Initiative and with good learning capability
Additional Information:
-Able to work under pressure
-Flexibility of frequent business trip
