Mission:'
Achieve sales target in the planned field of responsible area, establish and maintain a good customer relationship with named OEM customers.
Dimensions:'
Volume of the sales order, number of customer in target Field, etc
Contacts(internal /external): Internal: report to OEM team leader, cooperate with BU, regional customer support and promoter. External: all relevant employee in the customer organization, especially key technical player, project manager and relevant top management and other decision makers, consultants, authorities.
A r e a s o f R e s p o n s i b i l i t y / T a s k s:
1. Fulfil the individual sales target in assigned OEM branch customers.
2. Establish and maintain adequate relationship with assigned customers at all levels and build up long term business relationship with the customers in the assigned field.
3.Follow up SLC guide line; commercial regulations; business related policy and regulation
4. Focus on but not limited to the existing customers.
