Goals/Mission:
- Sell and promote automation and drive products, solution and service to Siemens OEM customers or customer;
- Develop an overview understanding of customer’s aims and needs, and develop new business opportunity for Siemens.
- Working Partners/Contacts: OEM team leader, A&D Fuzhou, Fujian.
Tasks:
- Budget fulfillment of OEM order by Vbez; 完成公司制定的各項個人指標(biāo);
- Concluding OEM customer list; comprehending customer potentials; intiatiate and drive action plans; development of focus customers and new customers, etc;
識別和鎖定潛在的OEM客戶和項目,理解客戶需求潛力,制定并實施行動計劃;
- Provide OEM with up-to-date information (products, configuration,prices, documentation and etc);
提供OEM客戶必要的技術(shù)及商務(wù)支持;
- Fill in Maximizer from all companies you visited or you have information about incl. customer aims and demand,make efficient weekly working plan and monthly business reports to superior including proposals;
業(yè)務(wù)過程管理: 清晰完整的業(yè)務(wù)計劃、檔案和報表。有效的信息溝通;
- Analyze the activities and behaviours of competitors in the OEM customers and market;
分析競爭對手在OEM客戶及市場的行動及行為
- To conduct presentation of A&D product independly.
獨立完成產(chǎn)品的推廣和宣講;
Education:
- Bachelor or above, majored in Automation.
Knowledge/Languages:
- Knowledge of industry automation, electrical; 具備工業(yè)自動化、電氣傳動及低壓電氣基礎(chǔ)知識
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and knowledge of A&D products application in Machinery;
具備機(jī)械基礎(chǔ)知識及自動化和驅(qū)動產(chǎn)品在機(jī)械應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)知識
- Good co-ordination ability, precise job attitude and good communication skill;
有良好的組織計劃、協(xié)調(diào)能力,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)務(wù)實的工作態(tài)度,良好的溝通能力;
- Able to work under pressure; 能夠在壓力下工作;
- Flexibility of frequent business trip, 能夠經(jīng)常出差;
- Initiative and with good learning capability. 良好的主動性及學(xué)習(xí)能力
Experience:
- At least 3 years sales working experience in automation and electrical engineering. 三年以上自動化與電氣領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗;
