Primary responsibilities主要職責(zé):
- Work with Commercial Team to collect and convert primary and secondary customer information into terms relevant to company – competitive analysis, cost/feature/benefit tradeoffs, return of investment estimates.同商務(wù)部一起收集客戶信息，并做出競爭分析，成本/特點/利益，投資回報估算。
- Convert new product or product alteration projects into requirements for technology, quality, and production team implementation.把新產(chǎn)品或產(chǎn)品改進項目轉(zhuǎn)化為具體的產(chǎn)品、質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行要求。
- Evaluate and assess the impact of current and future regulatory developments such as GB, IEC, and CCC to ensure continued compliance of company’s products. 衡量和評估現(xiàn)有GB, IEC和CCC等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的作用和發(fā)展以確保公司產(chǎn)品的合規(guī)性。
- Advise Production and Quality teams on tools and equipment requirements for new product or product alterations. 在新產(chǎn)品或產(chǎn)品改進上對生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量團隊給予工具和設(shè)備的指導(dǎo)。
- Work closely with the global technology team to implement new product introductions or major alterations to existing products.同全球技術(shù)團隊緊密合作，執(zhí)行新產(chǎn)品的引進或?qū)σ延挟a(chǎn)品的重大改進。
- Staff, train, and manage technology team. 組建，培訓(xùn)，管理技術(shù)團隊。
- Collaborate with all cross functional teams such as EHS, Quality, and Sourcing as required to insure guidelines for safety, quality, and adherence to company policies are met. 同EHS,質(zhì)量，采購等部門合作確保安全，質(zhì)量的原則和公司政策被遵守。
- Work with cross functional teams such as Quality, Sourcing, and Production to continuously evaluate ways to improve quality, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction. 同質(zhì)量，采購，生產(chǎn)等部門合作來持續(xù)提高質(zhì)量，降低成本，提高客戶滿意度。
- Provide technical consultation on project bids as required. 提供競標(biāo)時的技術(shù)咨詢。
- Authorize and control the use of technical information to protect the companies intellectual property. 保護公司知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，對技術(shù)信息的授權(quán)和使用管理。
- Operate an efficient technical publications section to enable up to date technical references (manuals, service bulletins, etc.) to be readily available and accessible to all personnel. 高效地管理技術(shù)資料（手冊，技術(shù)文檔等），及時更新并能夠傳達到相關(guān)人員。
- Support post-sale customer needs as required. 必要時提供售后支持。
- Support manufacturing as required for in-process product changes and in-house repairs.必要時對生產(chǎn)提供支持，比如過程中產(chǎn)品的變更和場內(nèi)維修。
Qualifications資質(zhì):
Minimum基本要求:
- Bachelors or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering.電氣，機械，材料或機械工程專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷。
- Minimum of 5 years engineering experience of industrial products.至少5年以上行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的工作經(jīng)驗。
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills. 較強的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
- Previous experience with low, medium, or DC voltage switchgear.有過低壓，中壓或者直流柜的工作經(jīng)驗。
- Good communication skills, Chinese written and spoken, English written. 良好的溝通技能：中文的口頭和書面表達，英文的書面表達。
- Self-starter, fast learner, and team player with strong interpersonal skills. 有主動性，快速學(xué)習(xí)，團隊合作，有很強的人際交往能力。
- Strong PC skills (MS Office). 熟練掌握計算機操作能力（MS Office）.

- Proven commercial skills such as product management, application engineer, sales engineer.有過作為產(chǎn)品管理，應(yīng)用工程師，銷售工程師的商務(wù)技能。
