- Special Bonus & Yearly Bonus preparation and issue
- Yearly Salary Review
- Yearly headcount and labor cost
- Monthly labor cost analysis report and other C&B analysis reports
- Salary-slip print and distribute
- C&B Orientation training
- Check situation of salary payment of Agency Company
- Salary related certification and Resign/Dismiss certification
- Eway maintenance
- Benefit card application and issue
- Provide salary related documents to audit firm
Qualification:
- Bachelor and above, majored in HR management, Financial management& Accounting
- More than 3 years experience in related fields, multinational company experience is plus;
- Team player with positive and can-do attitude;
- Honest character, can working under pressure, highly responsibility spirit;
- Advanced PC skills including Excel, Word, Power Point etc;
- Good command of English both in verbal and written.
- Familiar with labor law, tax issue and HRIS;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill;
