Responsibilities:
1. General secretarial and administrative tasks including business trips, visitors reception, documents translation etc.
2. IT support including translate IM standard documents, IM guidelines and policy, etc.
3. IT Consumable purchase, deal with supplier invoice and payment;
4. Drawing-up presentations and prepare meetings;
6. Other related administrative support to colleagues.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, Major in administration will be preferred;
2. Have working experience in administration or assistant position will be preferred;
3. Good at both oral and written English;
4. Good PC Skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
5. Good team work, strong interpersonal communication and coordination ability.
